Today really should have been my rest day.
I’m at the gym with msporkypiggy and I’ve done 5 min on the stair climber then got on the bike, which I never do. My head feels like there’s a lot of pressure when I look down, which I’m doing now. My throat hurts and is soo dry and I keep having dry coughs. I was sneezing all night. I CANNOT be sick.

I can't seem to shake the last pound.
For those who remember, my goal was to be at 150 by the end of December. I weighed in today AGAIN at 151. I’m always between 151 and 153. I really want shake this weight range! Let’s get into the 140’s!
Today is definitely my rest day.
I just feel tired. It’s a shame because it’s 52 degrees out. High of 55. I just don’t think I can do it though. I did so much in the past few days and was planning on my rest day being Christmas but I’m just… Tired.
