My name is Lindsey, I'm 20 years old. I've been overweight for most of my life and even hit the obese mark at one point. I have B.E.D. and it tends to take control of me sometimes but I'm making a change and moving in a positive direction. Lately I've been doing less than great but things are changing for the better! I have recently completed Tough Mudder and am looking forward to doing so again in the future!

Unfortunately, that isn’t going to happen. It causes bloating from the carbonation and weight gain because it makes you crave other sweets, not because it causes you to gain weight. I try to replace every serving of soda I have with double the water. I believe in moderation, not deprivation. I am well aware of the downsides to soda but I love it. Should I drink it every day? No. However, If I want some once in a while I will have it. That’s probably the worst thing I consume. I don’t get why you’re on anon though, it wasn’t a stupid comment :]
