My name is Lindsey, I'm 20 years old. I've been overweight for most of my life and even hit the obese mark at one point. I have B.E.D. and it tends to take control of me sometimes but I'm making a change and moving in a positive direction. Lately I've been doing less than great but things are changing for the better! I have recently completed Tough Mudder and am looking forward to doing so again in the future!

I don’t have many calories left for dinner

If I were to guesstimate, I’d say I had 200 at the most. Hmm. How do I use them wisely? Lots of vegetables with lean meat probably.
