My name is Lindsey, I'm 20 years old. I've been overweight for most of my life and even hit the obese mark at one point. I have B.E.D. and it tends to take control of me sometimes but I'm making a change and moving in a positive direction. Lately I've been doing less than great but things are changing for the better! I have recently completed Tough Mudder and am looking forward to doing so again in the future!

Okay, obviously my willpower is not amazing the day after eating a crap load of food.

It never is. 12:45 and I’ve eaten about 1350 calories. Binge?- no. Overate?- by a crapload

My dinner is already planned out and I should be at about 1650-1750 calories by then. So the plan is fruit and veggies until then. Sometimes I need to show myself that I have willpower.
