5:30 Breakfast [not pictured]: 1/2 serving of sweet potato pancakes w/ chocolate chips and coffee
7:30 Snack [not pictured]: other half of pancakes
9:20 Snack: apple slices
11:00 Snack: carrots
11:30 Snack: blueberries
12:00 Lunch: shrimp
2:00 Snack: activia
3:00 Snack: popcorn bite snack thing and maybe latte
4:00 Snack: chicken
Somewhere between 5:30-6:30 light meal: mini pepperonis [spicy foods make me full fast] and maybe a few almonds
After class [7:15] Snack: corn English muffin and the rest of the almonds
1400 without the latte and 1500 with. I know I’ll probably need it. That leaves me with 100 calories for the snacking I know I’ll do when I get home.
