My name is Lindsey, I'm 20 years old. I've been overweight for most of my life and even hit the obese mark at one point. I have B.E.D. and it tends to take control of me sometimes but I'm making a change and moving in a positive direction. Lately I've been doing less than great but things are changing for the better! I have recently completed Tough Mudder and am looking forward to doing so again in the future!

My weight isn’t budging from 154.

I don’t get it. I’ve changed stuff up, started eating better…? Yesterday it said my weight was 151.5ish and today [I know I shouldn’t be weighing every day! Don’t yell at me!] right back up to 154.
