How much do you do? Depending on the machine I do 40-50 pounds for arms.
On the crunch machine as I call it, I could barely do 10 lbs when I started. I’m now doing 45-50.
Arms started out at about 20 for the machine where you go straight up and down. I was at 40 today.
For the bicep curl one I used to be at 35-40. I pushed it to 50 today.
I’m just wondering how long you guys have been using weights [machines preferably] and where you started/where you are now.
