I ran my mile as usual but kept it between 5.2 and 5.5 varying speeds and incline. Fucking hard. Then I finished my half hour of cardio with walking in incline up to 9 at about 3.8 the fastest. The weights were incredibly difficult. If I say it was the hardest thing like ever, I’m telling the truth. I used every ounce of strength in my body to push shit up.
