Tomorrow’s food :]
So much. 300 extra calories. This is only 1300. See how much you can eat for that much?! Carrots, raspberries, apples, blueberries, a banana, quinoa, almonds, popcorn snack thing, shrimp, some zucchini and mozzarella mixture, yogurt, sweet potato pancakes, and an English muffin with jelly. I don’t count veggie or fruit calories. I’ll save some for coffee with sugar and I usually snack when I get home. I have a rant about forks to be posted later or tomorrow.
