My name is Lindsey. I'm 20. Just under 5'4. I started this blog on October 3, 2010. Binge eating disorder. Anxiety. Depression. Working on recovery.

I participated in Tough Mudder in PA in April, 2012. One of the greatest experiences in my life and if my injury permits, I'll be doing it again in June 2013.

HW: around 200 lbs
Tumblr SW: 185 lbs
CW: 166 (new scale reads higher)

Goal: in shape, healthy, happy, abs.

Gluten free for the most part due to questionable sensitivity. I've been failing at this lately.

I had a lower back injury in April 2012 which caused me to gain some of the around 50 pounds I lost back. It turned out to be a herniated disc.

Exercise tip:

Make sure to record yourself doing your exercise routine every now and then, especially when trying something new. If your form isn’t correct, this will help you fix it to avoid injury.
